Galanthus, the little messenger of spring, and one of my favorite flowers. The design was made in over-size, and was stitched onto linen (8 threads pr. cm.).
Finished size is approx. 60 x 60 cm.

Christmas Table Runner 2010
Four pine twigs stitched onto linen (7 threads per centimetre), approx. 16 x 78 centimetre. The coarse canvas is stitched with two threads (DMC) or one thread (Dansk Blomstergarn). This makes the subject more airy. I stitched the table runner with black and silver.

Orange
My idea with this cross stitch pattern was to use a simple design. Also, the idea was to create a pattern that had a fixed width, but with a variable length. I have used orange hand-dyed-yarn from Stef Francis 08/01 MC. Other color changing yarn can be used, or you can use a solid color DMC 722. Stitched on linen (10 threads per centimeter). Final measures: 16 x 142 centimeter.
