I love to use black thread. It makes the image very sharp and clear. I found this design of a “double Christmas tree” in my archives from 2007. It’s about time to get it out in the light! The finished size is approx. 24½ x 30 cm, stitched on linen, 12 threads pr. cm.

Christmas Tree Carpet
This Christmas tree carpet was designed in 1991. Originally, the pattern was hand drawn, and I’ve recently made a computerized version with all the little details (like the many needles). Size, approx. 142 x 142 cm. Stitched with woolen thread on hessian fabric using cross stitches, and long stitches for the needles.

Size approx. 32 x 32 cm. Stitched on linen, using the star motive from the the Angel 2019 pattern. Continue the pattern all the way to the edges of the linen.
